borer infestation in particle board flooring in '70's keith hay style home. To cut flooring around walls and remove. Borer spraying will then take place before new flooring is laid. Some joist infestation but very little, hopeing that can be sprayed and reused. Not sure if all flooring needs replaceing or if just the worst bits, will know more once the carpet is up. The spraying may be enough. Project timed for early next year. House will be vacant and I will pull the carpet. Sprayer will remove under floor insulation (I think)...and |I dont want to hear borer dont eat particle board. keith --- on site usually 24/7
