Membrane deck restoration

Hi, We are looking for a cost efficient and solution orientated builder. The situation: our membrane deck is leaky (our garage is underneath) and has started to rot. The structure seems to be sound and safe. The job: we want to remove the existing membrane, remove all rotten part of the deck, replace like for like, and keep as much of the existing as possible. Then re-install a waterproof membrane , and install a wood finish on top of it. If you are up for the challenge, please provide a proven track record of deck restoration, and we will get in touch.
