We have an existing deck that is unsafe for young kids as it currently does not have any railing/balustrade. We are looking to put railing around the deck. I haven't measured deck but it is approximately 6m x 4m off the top of my head. So balustrade length would be about 12m in total as it is only 2 and a half sides. Depending on costs there are other changes/additions would like to look at such as a gate off the deck, some new steps to the garden below. Also, we are looking at quotes on putting a roof over the deck so that it can become all weather.
