New deck for a big garden shed

We need a low (about 1 foot off the ground) deck/platform built because we want to buy a shed from Steelmates to put on it. The shed is "5.8m x 1.7m Garden Shed FORT12 New Model", product code F2H1906I-AKL. The dimensions of the shed are 5930mm (W) x 1730mm (D) x 2000mm (H), Weight 183kg and 0.39 CBM. We would need the deck to be a bit bigger than the shed's footprint with maybe some steps to the deck if you think it's suitable. The ground is slightly sloping. The deck would go in the space between the current deck and the black fence (see photo). The ground can get boggy in winter so the deck would need to be supported by something that will prevent it from sinking. There's a drain under the ground that goes from the house to the manhole and a grate to access the drain that's in line with the front edge of the current deck and we'd need some sort of trapdoor in the new deck to be able to access the grate.
