Balmain Road Deck

Hello, We are looking for someone to rebuild a rotton deck on the ground level floor of our house in Birkenhead. The main support pylons to the upper deck are fine but the remaining deck area is rotten in places and needs replacing. the deck is 520 in length by 230. It's highest height is 160 off the ground and it's lowest point is 40. We are also looking to add stairs down to the courtyard below on the Northern end of the deck and put a metal trellis up on two sides for added privacy. On the northern end we are looking to put a door to make the under deck area lockable for added storage. Thanks, Lucas
