I take over a recently purchased home on the 25th of March and want work to be started as soon as possible after that. I bathroom needs a new shower and some rebuilding, another bathroom needs either upgrading or partial replacement including a new shower. No doubt additional work will be needed when we look around. Job estimate is just a guess as it's preset. Job needs to be done by a licensed practitioner.
