Over Garage Deck needs major upgrade

The Deck also serves as the roof of a double garage. I am looking for companies interested in giving me advice and quotes for the best way to rennovate the deck - whether it is to only replace the deck floor (it is currently fibreglass with a lot of soft patches and worn holes that leak) or to completely redesign the deck floor and balustrade (which is not compliant with today's standards so will likely require design and permitting). There is also a question around the cladding on the garage (three sides) and the garage door wood frame requires replacing. I would be looking to getting the work done toward the end of summer or possibly next Spring if we believe the current deck can survive one more winter.
