Supply and install a Prohatch ceiling hatch (no ladder) into a pinex tiled ceiling. Brace the opening between trusses with at least 2x90x45mm studs supported on joist hangars or equivalent to take the weight of a person pulling themselves up into a ceiling. Work on an hourly rate acceptable. Required by end of April19 or sooner if possible.
