Two New Decks Required

Looking to add two seperated decks to my home with ideal goal to add as much value as possible. Measurements are not perfect and as part of quoting would want a separated detailed drawing done to allow for DIY if costs turn out excessive (fee to be paid for detailed drawings) Quote to be done on basis of pine decking, alongside premium grade timbers. Decks made up of the following: Front of House L shaped deck attached to main entrance of house. Requirements needed to allow for outdoor lighting and power.
