deck rebuild

hi we need a new deck/balcony this one is very unsafe and needs to come down we are also hoping to be able to extend will need new polls. We need this done for finance reasons needs to be done by a qualified builder we will need a letter to say the work has been completed. We are keen to help with what we can to keep costs down also hoping we can get someone to start ASAP.
