Wooden Fence repair

Looking for someone to reinstall fence capping on near new wooden fence. As the fence palings have shifted/expanded this may require adjusting the capping to fit. (company that built the near new fence has let me down and aren't interested in coming back to fix, even though I offered to pay for labour). Then also anchoring all the capping down with long screws to prevent occuring again. In addition, re-installing a small section of the fence with new fence palings as some have buckled quite badly. That bit will depend on price/effort etc. Man Thanks
