Repair wooden skirting near shower, make waterproof, other jobs

Hi there, I am hoping to find a tradesman to repair the skirting near the shower and make it waterproof. The bathroom was renovated in 2015 and there was a crack noticed in the skirting, removing it showed water damage. It's been dried and re-plastered but want someone professional to seal it properly and put in the skirting granted the "lino" type wooden boards. In addition it would be great if the handyman could secure the toilet and the laundry tub to the wall professionally.
