Laundry cabinet rotten

Hello, I think I need a new laundry cabinet built around my tub and tapware (so I don’t have to pay for a plumber as well). The bottom of the inbuilt unit is rotten. Also the floor has sunken a little and there are gaps in the back wall under the skirting. Would like a quote first please. Would like completed by end Feb.
