Repair rotten window sill and framing

Window sill was found to rotten while renovating. Window framing also rotten would like it replaced or repaired. We have wood for the window sill that is the same as what was removed it just needs cutting and fixing. The window window framing will need to be repaired or replaced as well. Rot is in a fixed window down on the bottom. Window framing is about 580x 900mm .
