Inside and outside home Jobs

Hi, I have a few jobs that need doing which are outside of my capability. There is an internal roller door that jams about 1/4 of the way out. I have a drawer door front that needs reattaching, I previously had someone do some others and he used elbow shaped metal plates with screws (pic attached) so just the same again needs doing. There is a hole that needs plastering and sanding. I have 2 outside gates. One needs a new bolt for the bottom hinge and the other I’m not sure perhaps needs to be completely re-hinged as it doesn’t shut properly at all. Thank you :)
