New guest powder room from villa storage cupboard

We want to convert a current storage cupboard into a guest powder room. Currently access to the cupboard is via a bedroom, the job includes blocking off the bedroom entry and creating a new entry from the hallway. Sound proof insulation and wall GIB along with ceiling and floor skirting will be part of the job. Materials will be supplied. We would like the carpentry work completed by 10 October 2021.
