Upper deck small fix
Job description
Second story deck has a warped piece of wood from water i think. Deck is easily accessible from ground floor with a ladder. Need help to replace the front piece

Accepted the job in December. Though not a rush job, had still not been started by March with continual put backs. Communication was poor and needed to be contacted by us for updates. Once job was started the workmanship was very poor and wood warped within days of it being put up. We were then blamed that the problem was ours, when that was the job employed to fix.

"The problem to fix was to replace boarding that had perished due to the tiles in tip of the deck not sealed. Ben and Michelle where both informed of the root cause and they where to tackle the tiles and I the new sidings. The job wasn’t a rush and the new year was agreed as a start date. It only became so once they decided to sell. Tiles didn’t get sorted root issue still there. Can’t help those who don’t listen."
