Pool deck with fence

I have moved an above ground Paramount pool (12m by 4 m) to a cottage on the property. It sits in a large hole with sloped sides. I need a deck around the pool at pool top height to make it an "in deck" pool. I will need compliant fencing and a gate as well. Stone filled gabions are an interesting possibility for some of the slope work. Deck will include a small covered shed to fit pump, mineral cleaner and also heat pump unit. Work to start once pool installed (2 to 3 weeks) and to liase with electrician on lights, most probably under the deck edge shining into pool. Builder to handle all permits and consents in liaison with me i.e. I'll provide all necessary data etc.
