Create new space for hot water cylinder

Looking for someone to increase the opening in a wall and strengthen the floor to allow the install of a new hot water cylinder. The following is required: 1-Increase the opening in the wall to allow the new hot water cylinder to fit through the wall into the roof cavity (approx size of HWC 600W x 1188H). 2-Strengthen floor for the weight of the new HWC (approx 250 kg). 3-Install a removable panel to allow access to roof void.
