Elevated timber deck boundary joist repair

I have a 3m x 5m elevated timber deck (2.5m high) with glass balustrades. The boundary joist of the deck has rotated forward. I am looking for someone who can remove the glass balustrades, strengthen/straighten the boundary joist and re-install the balustrades.
