"Hi Jack,
I think it is very unfair to not pay me for the extra work and give me a 3 star review for cost, you agreed on the original quote and the terms were stated that any extra work was at a additional hourly rate and was clearly quoted for a 3m x 3m deck not a 3m x 4m deck, I had to come back a extra half day and pick up extra materials for the extra work at my cost. Also why have you given me 4 stars for schedule? Was done within 2.5days of agreed start date?"
