Essential services sub floors x 20 units

We are working on an essential services job for 20 sub floors using typical 3604 construction. Size is 10m x 5.5m. Their are approx 16 joists per unit, and the boundary joist will be double. This will be indoors in our Mangere warehouse. This job we hope would be immediate start, and has potential to grow. All materials supplied, and the floor will be large Metra panel sheets with only 3 joins. Forklifts on site for positioning. For smaller contractors, we are happy to break down into 4 lots of 5. Polystyrene insulation to be fitted also. Overall duration approx 4 weeks. This is an emergency Covid related job, therefore full plans are not finalized yet. We can finalize adjustment to suit if needed. Please price per module, and expected time frame.
