Repairs to door enterance

We had this repaired less than 4 months ago, but the guy we choose ripped us off and did a terrible job. As you can see from the photos, the wood across the bottom of the door way enterance has come away, and needs to be replaced. Fairly self explanatory, as per photos. Interested in reasonable quotes.
