LPB for bracing tie down work on 2nd hand house move
Job description
Second hand house moved to site in Weymouth - Auckland Work needed as below: complete tie down work of piles to bearers complete tie down joist to bearers Need to be LBP carpenter to do work, as part of building consent work to be sign off by council. Its simple job just putting on the 12kn fixing under the house. So lots of brackets to be nailed off. Would estimate about 1-2 day depending on crew. Ok with a apprentice to do work,but needs LBP to own job and sign off. Joist plans attached to give idea of house size, Area under house is about 450mm so easy to move about, but will be dirty work.
