Balustrading and Deck Strengthening

Balustrading repair and side deck strengthening - 1970 build. Balustrading has areas of rot and many blown/rusted bolts that require replacing. Side deck has wide spaced canter levered joists that we'd like additional strengthening added to and currently loosened floorboards re-fixed. We're looking to repair like for like rather than replace, unless a replacement is more economical. Timeframe within the next 1-2 months, the sooner the better.
