Window frames repair

We require a quote from a joiner/builder to assess and repair damage to our home. When washing the exterior of the house water somehow came through the wall and through above the window/door frame. It has pushed the frame down exposing the gib. We need to find how the water got in, check the other windows along side this window, repair the cause and also repair the frame. Is this something you could help with?
