Replace boards on deck and house

House is going on the market asap. Location is Rangiotu. Small deck out front is falling apart, needs new boards and varnish to tidy up for sale. Also house exterior is to be painted and a few boards, some up high, need looking at/replacing. Extra jobs include lining/gib stopping an interior wall that was put together in a rush, as well as tidying up bathroom if we proceed with replacing shower and vanity (small wall to be removed and floor/ceiling to be tidied up, subject to plumber quote). Would like to find someone affordable and reliable who can start with a quote over next 2 weeks and once accepted do the work within the next month ideally. Thank you.
