Deck washing and painting/re-staining

We are wanting someone to wash then paint or re-stain our two decks. One is a large deck around the back of the house and the other a small deck at the front door entrance. The decks need to be thoroughly cleaned with a deck washing solution, not water blasting. We then require the decks to be painted/re-stained. We are open to advice once the decks are thoroughly cleaned. We would like this work to be carried a.s.a.p.
