Stud Wall and Gib Ceiling

I'm looking to put a stud wall up (to hide double garage doors) and have Gib & insulation put up against the existing garage rafters to make a ceiling. Will require additional timber dwangs installing and an old section of poorly done ceiling (not me btw !!!) Your brief: a) Visit my house, measure and give me a list of required materials b) I will obtain materials myself unless you can obtain cheaper 'at trade' prices ie. my expected cost is for 'labour only' c) Construct the required wall and ceiling.
