Pergola repair

The structure has been damaged by a big tree root. A post, possibly two, are needed to get this pergola with novalite roof back on an even keel. Potentially, some of the old white bricks will need to come down too. The rotten horizontal timber running over the stonework will need replacing. Timeline: preferably before 11 June 2021. Other considerations: the house has just been painted but the pergola hasn’t. Pergola with roof is functional so want to keep it pretty much as is.

Mike has done a great job saving an old pergola / patio giving it quite a face lift. He kept to the agreed schedule and although the quoted price increased, it was expected as we agreed to changing the timber dimensions for the trellis framing. Good problem solver too.
