Build a hall cupboard

We would like a small hall cupboard built in our entranceway. Somewhere to hang coats and store the vacuum cleaner etc. Depending on price, we may like two built, on each side of the hall. Photo attached show the space - with the cupboard to enclose the space between the wall on the right and the door frame on the left. Re height, ideally high enough to enclose the fuse box and potentially up to the ceiling. We will be guided on price.
