Deck replacement or restoration

Design plan for deck first plus a cost estimate for whole job then: Replace or restore deck, Develop storage area under deck at the south end, Steps in front of deck to be replaced, Replace ranch slider door, Deck to have a roof structure and the south end of deck to be closed in. The storage area under the deck to be waterproofed and fitted with shelving for storage purposes. I am open to ideas about the best way to proceed with this project which I will discuss with interested parties.
