Rotten exterior roof board

Hi, We are wondering if someone can help with something. On top of our roof near the sky dish which we don't use, we have a rotten piece of roof or board that needs replacing. We do have another interesting one which involves water getting through windows/ exterior boards on the street facing side of the house which you might want to also look at? Pictures are of the last issue. Couldn't get onto the roof.
