Repair ex-hot water cupboard

I switched to an external hot water cylinder, so now have a cupboard which needs fixing up. Previous cylinder was installed in 1950s and had pinhole leak so floor is slightly rotted. I am looking for someone to fix the floor and ensure its weather tight.
