new large deck, ballistrade to finish, stairs to repair, new fencing and gates

1. Our two storey house has a very large deck area which sits over the double garage. The area has been finished with a membrane, ready for new decking. It will join onto existing decking which extends around the side of the house on the upper level. We'd like to get quotes using either recycled composite or timber. 2. One corner of the existing deck ballistrade needs finishing where it joins at an angle. 3. Our back door stairs are quite old and need checking; some of the treads may need replacing. Part of the ballistrade is missing and needs replacing. 4. We want to build a low fence at the back of the house, approx 3 metres long, with a gate big enough to get the lawnmower through. The gate needs a spring closing. 5. We need another low picket-style fence outside the front door downstairs, also with a spring closing gate. There are 2 pillars outside the door (holding up the upstairs balcony) which could support this fence, and a concrete pad in front of the door.
