Drawing of plans for existing deck

I did not get a COC done for my extension on my original deck when it was built back in the early 2000, I am now selling my house and need to obtain a COA, council requires me to get a draftman to draw up a plan of existing deck not to new standard only as basic plan, it is 2 stories high.
