Remove deck and replace

We have a large deck that we would like removed and replaced with a smaller platform (approx 160x180cm) and steps made of composite decking. Possible to reuse wooden supports under composite decking. Colour to be dark or light, but open to options. We will also want to pave or add pavers to the area now exposed by the deck removal, but at minimum grade the area. Please see photos of current and intended state. Looking to get this done this summer. Most important to us is that work does not drag on- we use this door frequently so don't want to have it in an unuseable state for weeks or months.
