New TimberTech Deck
Job description
New 36m2 TimberTech decking to replace old and rotting Kwila deck. Owner will demolish and remove all deck and pergola. Supplier MUST install this decking system to manufacturers specification using 6m lengths of Terrain solid Silver Maple using TOPloc direct fix fasteners and 450mm spaced joists and 3mm board gaps. Supplier MUST have experience in installing this system.

Excellent project management on all fronts. Our project was somewhat complicated with an underlying uneven old concrete slab and the team used laser levelling equipment to ensure compliance with the Timbertech installation instructions (which form part of the Warranty conditions). Very happy with outcome and good communication through COVID Level 4 and 3.
