Truss repair

We have some rot in a truss that extends out below or deck. There is easy access to the problem area from the path below. We would like this to be repaired and at the same time get some advice regarding a small amount of water that enters though a window that is not far from the damaged truss. I have attached a photo of the window. The damaged truss is the last one to the right.
