Creaky/ Bounce in Chipboard floors

Hi
There is a creaking/ bounce in my upstairs bedroom and wardrobe. Floors are sheets of Chipboard and are polyurethaned.
There is also a creak/bounce on the landing of my stairs.
Would like to know how I can remediate this to stop the noise.
