Leaky window in bedroom

We have a leak in one of our bedrooms and not sure where it is coming from. Either head flashing & side seal, or the drainage holes are blocked and it has no choice but to drain through the miter join. Or all of the above? Would love someone experienced to come and have a look and see if they can fix it. Wanting it done ASAP. Thanks!
