External handrail supply and installation

I am looking for someone to supply and install a small, external handrail at my parent's house to assist with access into and out of the house. I have attached below a photo of the external step area where I would like the handrail installed, showing roughly where I would like it installed. I need someone who can both supply and install the handrail. I have attached an image as an example of the style I am looking for, but I am open to alternatives (prefer stainless steel though) and I do not mind whether it is secured to the ground at 2 points (as per the example image) or to the house and the ground.
