After the acceptance of the job there was an unexpected silence, particularly regarding updating us on the likely start date when it became clear the indicated date was not going to be feasible, but after discussing it the subsequent communications were clear and timely. We appreciated the thoughtfulness that was applied to the practical design of the job.
