Gib a ceiling and plaster finish and paint. rotten boards on verandah

This is to cover over a 1920's ceiling that has battens. It is a bedroom that measures about 3.6m x 3.6m. Depending on price, maybe a second bedroom too. Also to replace 11 boards, each piece is 50cm long, on a wooden verandah floor.

Sometimes not sure when they are coming to the house as my texts went unanswered. But overall a great job. Very reasonable cost. Very tidy and clean.
