Small deck required

Hi there. I require a steps and a small deck to be built in front of a new cabin/sleep-out we have on our property. The deck needs to be approx: 1m wide x 2350m long and 0.72m high. The council tells me the rises can be no more than 185mm each, which means we'll likely need 3 steps of 180 mm and a final 180mm step up to the deck. We would also like the most basic handrail going up the stairs and around the deck.
