Older style villa requires a builder to replace a few areas of damaged and/or rotten woodwork prior to painting. We do not require a painter as we will be doing that. Our customer has also requested a quote for new windows and cladding to her sun room. The job is approximately 20 minutes drive from Waipara main North Road junction. We will visit the site with you.
