Balustrades needed for deck.

We have an 8m x 4m deck out front of our house that is high enough for children to tumble off (and adults). There are 1.5m wide steps that will need handrails going down (at least 1.5m???). Along the side of the house we will need at least another 6m of balustrades. There will be steps at some point along the side that will be at least 1.5m wide that will need handrails, but there will probably only be 3 steps instead of the 4 that are at the front of the deck. We need to get the balustrades for council consent sign off. We have grandchildren and safety is an issue at the moment, for them coming to stay. So it would be good to have the work done before Christmas. We don't want glass, aluminium powder-coated would be okay, also horizontal wire with aluminium posts would be okay. Whatever's easiest and quickest. We would be interested in a quote for the work. I have no idea what I would expect this to cost.
