Revamp the outside

We are looking at doing a pergola type structure down one side of the house and redoing the front porch. We have attached a picture of our back and front view of the house. We are hoping to build quite a square pergola so it works with our house. There are areas we would like to cover - we have this down to 20 sqm and an area we would like to put up a 5mx3m shade sail. As much as possible we would like to reuse what we have but a chunk of it needs to go. We are also looking at these awnings to go over the windows at the front and would like advice about them - --- The plan is pretty much to scale. We are totally open to advice and suggestions. Timeframe - before Autumn.
