Items on Builders report need to be addressed
Job description
I have purchased a house and in the builders report were 2 issues I would like addressed: 1) Small amount of rot on verandah frame that needs repair. 2) Small amount of rot and water damage on garage rafter needs repairing may also mean roof leak repair 3) I also need help mounting my TV to the wall. James came in and completed two of the jobs efficiently and under budget. The other job was complicated by miscommunication from the supplier and he has been exhausting all options to find a solution without compromising what I want. At the same time he has been formulating alternative plans that will achieve close to what I want if plan A fails. I will definitely reccomend his work.
