Two properties in Camberley need repairs Property 1 A - Skirting is coming away from the wall in the toilet. It is an easy fix but because it is happening on both sides I want someone to check (ideally with a moisture metre) that it is not due to an internal leak or dampness issue. That requires a plumber. If it is not due to leak or dampness problem please repair. Photos: 1A_toilet_1, 1A_toilet_2 B - Please check every door and window to ensure they meet the new healthy homes. Repair any drafts that need to be repaired. Property 2 A - The tenant has said there is a draft coming through the kitchen door and another through the kitchen window. Please check all external windows and doors and make sure they meet the healthy homes requirements and repair drafts the tenant has reported. B - Replace bathroom vanity, with very similar or same size vanity. Photo: 2B_bathroom. Please note: anyone conducting any work on either property is required to fill out a Contractor Declaration and Site Specific Safety Plan. These can be supplied or you can supply your own.

Several jobs on two properties to get the houses up to healthy homes standards for draughts. Restring a clothesline, replace a vanity, check for dampness, fix a hole and skirting in the toilet . Covid lockdowns hit and I have been unable to view the property and see the workmanship. Communication was ok. Schedule was completely thrown out by lockdown but got done. Cost was ok. Lance was the only person I could find who got back to me and he did it. Thank you.
